What is the lead time on custom orders?

Most custom orders ship within 10-12 weeks.  Please note that emailing me weekly asking for a status update will not speed things up.  In fact, the more email I need to read and respond to, the less time I can spend building basses.

Can I put down a deposit to get my custom build started?

Yes, the minimum deposit is 50%.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks.  Sorry, I no longer accept PayPal.

How do you ship your basses?

I ship exclusively by FedEx Ground.  All instruments are packed well and fully insured.  Domestic shipping fee is normally about $40.  International is about $150.

Do your basses come with a warranty?

All my basses come with a full 2 year warranty from the date of purchase.

What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns, but any problem or issue with your bass will be covered by warranty.  I stand by my product and want you to be happy.  In fact, I insist on it.

Do you make lefty basses?  Do you make 5-strings?

Sorry, I do not.  While I have in the past, those builds were especially challenging since I'm a righty 4-string player.  If I can't properly play a bass, I can't properly evaluate the setup.
